We understand that privacy is important to you and that you would like to understand how your data is used and shared online. We will only collect data that is useful for you and helps you have a better experience on our website and in purchasing our services or products. We care a lot about privacy and will do our best to follow the best possible practices in processing your data respectfully and in keeping with your rights and our legal responsibility.

What data do we collect?
When you visit our website we collect the following information:
• IP address

• Operating system type
• Device type that you used to view the site
• The country and city where you visited the site from
• A list of URLs, including any referrer website that directed you to our website, how you navigate through our website and your general browsing activity on our website
When you buy a product or service from us we may collect the following information:
• Your name
• Billing and delivery address
• Phone number for delivery
• Company registration number and VAT/EORI number where applicable
This data is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and is never looked at or used in any other context. We will share this information with the delivery courier (if applicable) for the purpose of delivering your order only. Our website is hosted by Squarespace who retain this data and we are obliged to keep it for a period of time for statutory reasons. When your order is placed we will receive an email which is hosted by Google.
We routinely back up our data to an online storage facility called Dropbox but they have no rights to share this information with any third party.
