ORIGAMI INSTALLATION AT The Lighthouse

Foldability had a solo exhibition at the Lighthouse, Scotland's Centre for Design and Architecture in 2012. The show included a cloud like installation of 27 origami lampshades from the Sonobe Collection and a wall panel made from over 4,500 squares paper, each one individually folded and glued together by hand. It took 10 people to lift and install the enormous wall panel which was approximately 4m wide by 5m tall. The exhibition received press coverage in the UK and further afield including BBC Scotland, BBC Brazil and a print feature in El Mercurio, Chile.
